Many people are either afraid of finance training or think it will be dull, dull, dull! 

At FST&C, our mission is to remove this fear factor and make the training fun and interactive, thereby motivating delegates and increasing their knowledge retention.

 FST&C (Finance, Support, Training and  

 Consultancy) is the vision of Helen 

 Howard, a Chartered Management 

 Accountant and Certified Learning Practitioner

 who felt there was a lack of effective

 financial and commercial training for

 non-financial managers/directors available in

 the market. Most finance training workshops

 seemed to include too much financial techno-

 babble and not enough relevance to the

 audience, making it difficult for them to relate

 the course content back to their own roles.

Helen has addressed this through FST&C by ensuring all training courses are delivered in plain English and are tailored effectively for the audience.  This ensures that every participant leaves the course with a sound understanding of the things they need to know to manage their finances best for their role and their organisation
