Other Training
Unlike some other training organisations, we
only design and deliver training in areas in which we are
already experts ourselves. This means that you get professional
training with real life examples of best practice interspersed
with practical tools and advice. As with all of our training,
we can tailor the workshop content to your own specific needs
and objectives.
Train the Trainer is a one
day workshop that can be adapted to focus on designing and
delivering either group training, one-to-one training or a
mixture of both depending on what you will be doing the most
of. We cover important issues such as structuring a session,
dealing with difficult delegates, reviewing the personal qualities
of an excellent trainer and understanding how people learn
in different ways and how the way that you train can be adapted
to make it the most effective for everyone. We also make sure
that every participant has the opportunity to get practical
feedback on their own training session and leave plenty of
time for hands on exercises and group discussion.
Customer Care is a workshop
designed to give delegates the time to reflect on the standards
that they aim to achieve both as a team and as an individual
in providing excellent levels of care and service to their
own customers. Time is spent on important issues such as best
practice in dealing with customers face to face and on the
telephone. We ensure that you get full benefit from our communications
toolkit and leave the workshop with a personal action plan
to help you put your ideas from the workshop into practice.
